Flight Control Engineer (Click to see details)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-fidelity dynamic models for Multirotor, Fixed-wing and VTOL UAVs using CFD data and aerodynamic analysis.
- Conduct parameter identification from flight tests to refine vehicle models and aerodynamic parameters.
- Design and implement flight control strategies utilizing identified aerodynamic parameters for various UAV platforms.
- Perform extensive Software-in-the-Loop (SITL) simulations in ROS/Gazebo and MATLAB/Simulink.

- Conduct real-world flight testing to validate performance.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Tech./M.Tech. in Aerospace, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong foundation in flight mechanics, control theory, and applied mathematics.
- Proficiency in C++ and Python for algorithm implementation, simulation, and data analysis.
- Experience with ROS/Gazebo, or similar simulation environments.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with PX4/Ardupilot or equivalent flight stacks.
- Experience with CFD integration and flight test data analysis

Navigation Systems Engineer (Click to see details)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design multi-sensor data fusion algorithms for integrating data from IMU, LiDAR, cameras, and other sensors.
- Implement vision-based localization and mapping techniques for autonomous navigation.
- Develop advanced SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping), visual-inertial odometry, and terrain-relative navigation (TRN) solutions.
- Optimize navigation algorithms for robust performance on embedded or edge-AI platforms with resource constraints.
- Conduct extensive SITL/HITL simulations (ROS/Gazebo) and real-world flight tests to verify navigation performance.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- B.Tech/M.Tech in aerospace, robotics, electrical, computer science, or related fields.
- Strong background in computer vision, autonomous navigation, sensor fusion, and related estimation techniques.
- Proficiency in Python and C++ for algorithm development, simulation, and data analysis.
- Experience with ROS, Gazebo, and simulation environments for robotics.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with PX4/Ardupilot or equivalent flight stacks.Prior hands-on experience in developing, testing, and deploying navigation algorithms on drones or mobile robots.
- Solid understanding of sensor suite integration (cameras, IMU, LiDAR, radar, barometer, etc.).
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
- Familiarity with edge AI deployment, Linux, and embedded systems.
- Knowledge of deep learning-based perception and localization methods.
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to new challenges.
